In fact they go so far to say, Repentance is not part of the gospel. That is sad. These men just don't know what being born again entails. If you are born again, you will be greatly attracted to the Bible. As you read and meditate on the Bible you see clearly that you are sinful and tend toward that way. Then these servants of the Evil One tell you that you will not be punished if you sin. Grace has now been the means to get away with sin. NO! If you are born again, you hate sin in yourself and want to be free. Jesus will help you and gently asks you to give your life over to Him. You sign up to obey the Lord. You want to obey the Lord with all your heart. If that is you, that is the work of the Holy Spirit within your heart. We see in His Bible that God wants us to examine ourselves and confess sins and attitudes we see in ourselves that displease the Lord. We look back and see that God has done mighty things in our lives; and we look forward to see the great need we still have. We see clearly that God is the One who is sanctifying us as we yield to His gentle hands. The branch in the vine does not work, but just abides there. The vine does all the work to produce fruit in the branch. We have free will and our job is to yield to the Lord. And even in this part God gives us grace and works in us both to will and to do of His good pleasure. What you find if you submit to Jesus is freedom. His yoke is easy and His burden is light, not difficult at all. Depending upon Jesus daily is a man's destiny. Of course this is knowing Him, and discoursing with Him, and walking with Him. This is the greatest life, that does not fit well on planet earth. What you will find is hardly anyone knows the Lord like you do, and you feel you hardly know the Lord as you should. But one day you discover that you actually love the Lord. Might be tiny, but it is there. God did that. This is having been born again, and this is what it is like.God is changing us making us ready for His heaven. Let us therefore by default say Yes to God always. Always.
God Almighty has helped me twice in my life with major plumbing problems, including this latest plumbing problem: I took off the handles to my tub, replaced the cartridges, seals and springs. On the hot side I had to reuse the base of the old handle and on the cold side I had to put in a new handle. An anti-Christ plumber, nasty to me, replaced the seals and springs and cartridges. So we were back to square one only $130 dollars poorer with the same leak. Then the Lord stepped in, showed great mercy to me and now the plumbing works. What the Lord conveyed to me was that after placing the handle stem in all the way to just before putting on the actual handle, pull on the white stem sticking out to see if there is play there. If there is, then insert a washer in the stem area to effectively shorten it. I found on mine that I had to use a rubber o-ring on the old faucet handle to tighten it up. On the cold side I used nothing. Did not need it. On the cold side I did not have enough strength to push and thread the new handle assembly. When the Lord helped me, what I did not have the strength to do, God helped me push and thread the part, which I simply could not do on my own. As sure as I breathe now, God gave me real help. 2nd time in my life He aided me with plumbing. Oh the plumber was a lost man and profane and his recommendation was to either find the original handle assembly or change out the Manifest piping to change out the system. That would take some work and money, but I thank God almighty through Jesus Christ my Lord that His help ended my problem. No more work and no more money on this problem. Praise God. Plumbing alert? Public beware. Some plumbers will sell you the Empire State building in plumbing parts and cost. And how would you know if he is honest or not; he is as nice as can be. But I know plumbing, having done it so long within my 69 years plus. Plumbing is not Rocket Science but it is precise and exact. When the Plumber had done his thing and the leak was not stopped he arbitrarily said I had to replace everything in the wall. The Lord said, enough is enough and showed great mercy and help to me.
