BCE and CE

BCE = BEFORE Jesus Christ's birth.
CE =   AFTER Jesus Christ's birth.

The reason they switched from BC to BCE and from AD to CE is to eradicate any hint of Christ from the calendar. How quickly this change was adopted by school teachers, even before this became official. However,  hasn't America already thrown Christ out? Sure!

Persecution will separate the few Christ followers from the many Christ professors. 

Denying Christ will seem smart, safe, and easy for those who have no real loyalty to Christ.

God says the road to Hell is easy and many go that way. Narrow is the road and difficult is the way that leads to life and only a few find it. The many refuse God's loving arms stretched out to them, because they are plane stupid, like I used to be. 

What was God doing for eternity before He created the Universe?

The Word of God reveals the answer.
John 1:1  The Word was with God.
John 1:2  The same was in the beginning with God.[In intimate, eternal fellowship]
John 17:24  Father, I will that they also, whom thou hast
                   given me, be with me where I am; that they may behold
                   my glory, which thou hast given me: for thou lovedst me 
                   before the foundation of the world.
Psalm  16:11  Thou wilt shew me the path of life: in thy presence is fulness of joy; 
                      at thy right hand there are pleasures for evermore.
Isaiah 44:6  Thus saith the LORD the King of Israel, and his redeemer the LORD of hosts;
                    I am the first, and I am the last; and beside me there is no God.

Isaiah  48:16 Come ye near unto me, hear ye this; I have not spoken in secret
                     from the beginning; from the time that it was, there am I: and now the Lord GOD,
                     and his Spirit, hath sent me.

When God seems a million, zillion miles away...

God created the universe, the planets, the stars, and everything that exists. His power is unlimited. There is nothing He cannot do. He is holy, kind, patient and merciful, but His wrath against sin is dreadful.

In His great love for us He sacrificed His own son on the cross to set us free from sin and Hell. Call upon Jesus and yoke up with Him. He will forgive you, help you, strengthen you, and be with you.  No matter what comes, Jesus Christ is our Rock, our Help, our Eternal Life, both at the right hand of the Father, and with us.

Believe every Word of God, rightly divided by the Spirit.

Be ready, because great overwhelming deception is on the way.

Help us Lord Jesus to abide in you.

And never forget that we walk by faith in His promises, no matter what it feels like or doesn't feel like.

We survive because we know in our hearts that Jesus Christ is risen.  Glory to God.
Because if in your heart you do not know that Jesus Christ is risen, then how can you trust in Him? To the saved, rejecting Christ is unthinkable.Totally. Peter denied Christ thoroughly [flesh] but afterward wept bitterly [spirit].

Jesus had told them all, as He is telling us all now:
Watch and pray, that ye enter not into temptation: the spirit indeed is willing, but the flesh is weak.
Matt 26:41

If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.
John 1:9

Television, and all ways the world communicates to us.

The Majority of programs on Television, and movies in the theaters are the Devil's Great Distraction . It is not the Devil's will that we hide the word of God in our hearts. And yet we will need that to go through what is coming.

And preachers hurt many by preaching false assurances that loyalty to God is but an option. There are modern English bibles that multiply many words to ostensibly make it more understandable, but in  reality hide the truth in their pile of words.

Yet God is not limited by even that.
We must seek God daily.

Jesus is a person, and the Bible is the holy book that by the Spirit reveals the Only True God and Jesus Christ to us.

⁴ who opposeth and exalteth himself above all that is called God or that is worshiped, so that he sitteth as God in the temple of God, showing himself to be God.

There is coming a great falling away from Jesus Christ. The Anti-Christ will be more popular. He won't seem like the Anti-Christ, but he will be. Receiving the mark of the beast guarantees the Lake of Fire. Take this really seriously. The mark of the beast will be too easy to receive, because it will be instead of credit cards.  Those not receiving the mark will be considered stupid idiots who apparently don't want to eat or buy necessities. Who in their right mind would do that? 

However there is one thing hidden in this mark on your hand or in your forehead: Rejection of Jesus Christ either blatantly or subtly.  

We need wisdom from God. We need to separate ourselves as much as possible from the World, the Flesh, and the Devil. We need to yield to Jesus Christ our Lord, and listen to Him, and obey Him.

The Great Falling Away: BEWARE

The Antichrist spirit has been strongly working in the churches to pull us away from the LORD. Jesus said, Truly when I return, will I find faith on the earth?

 So indeed Christians have been falling away in their hearts by the boat-loads.

That Great Falling Away is still in our future bringing that great granddaddy of a lie that convinces us that faith in Jesus Christ is silly, foolish, and dangerous to our well-being. I mean, Really, who of us wants to have our heads chopped off, and be treated as garbage? How easy will it be for mere head belief to morph into "no-belief"?

It all depends on whether we truly KNOW the Father and Jesus Christ whom He sent. Right now, many who claim they believe in Jesus Christ will quickly jettison their faith when they put a guillotine in front of them, and belief is no longer convenient.

We who truly believe in Jesus Christ must be on guard lest we too, God forbid, fall away. God forbid! We who truly believe in Jesus Christ know we still have a sinful nature within our flesh that could theoretically pull us into any wickedness, unless we walk daily by His Spirit, in His Holy Word, and following Jesus. And if not, there is still time, right now, to repent.

God  promises us He will never forsake us, and we are to examine ourselves daily and confess our sins. God has faithfully delivered me from great big sins but we must guard ourselves from the Anti-Christ spirit, the devil and his angels, that sneakily works against us to crush our faith in Jesus, little by little, step by step.

TRUST in Jesus. Stay in His Word. This life and this darkness will pass away. Stay true to Jesus in His strength.

Darkness surrounds us but God is our shield.
Young's Literal Translation
Who is among you, fearing Jehovah, Hearkening to the voice of His servant, That hath walked in dark places, And there is no brightness for him? Let him trust in the name of Jehovah, And lean upon his God.

The Election of God

Election is not that God chooses some people to be saved, and others to be lost. God did not produce robots. He created His beings to REASON FREELY, both in heaven and on earth.

 Lucifer,  a covering cherub, coveted the glory and honor that only belongs to God.

Man was made in the image of God. So God placed a tree in the Garden of Eden to test Adam and Eve's Reasoning.

Now before this, Lucifer, one of the covering cherubs, rebelled against God with 1/3 of the angels and was tossed out of Heaven. He must still stand before God to give his accounts, and he always asks God permission to hassle the saints and create his own kingdom.

One of the hallmarks of God's great wisdom and power is that He can steer all of those zillions of free will decisions and their bad consequences to fulfill His own purposes, perfectly.

God has not hidden the penalty for disobedience to God. That penalty is the Lake of Fire burning with sulfur and brimstone forever and ever; where the maggot never dies.

People say all the time, "God is a God of love and He will not throw us into hell."

God is love. His love is holy. There is no one who loves us like God loves us. He freely sent Jesus to die for our sins. As many as receive, believe and commit to Him with a heart determination to walk with Him are saved.

God looks for WILLINGNESS in us. Sometimes we give that willingness piece-meal, but in the end we all  come to submission to our Lord, willing to do His will. It is all by His grace that works in us this desire to do His will.  All glory belongs to Him, but our rewards in  heaven will be based on our submission to His will.

In this life we all have our struggles, but the Lord is ever faithful giving us what we need every step of the way. He develops our faith in our hearts. And we are saved by this faith. Salvation is a gift of God but we are on that path, believing. God does it and I marvel at what He has done in me.

I obey God especially in examining myself daily, and confessing sins as the Word and my heart convicts me. I truly know that Jesus Christ is right now at the right hand of the Father, and coming soon. I am only making it into heaven by the blood of the Lamb, which the Love, Mercy and Grace of God gave to us. I have no merit in myself. None, zippo, nada. To Jesus belongs all the glory. All.

Jesus is my ticket to heaven, and no one else. Get to know me, the Lord says. This is eternal life, to know YOU, the only true God, and Jesus Christ whom YOU sent.

Beware lest the enemy of our souls beguiles us to depart from our God. No, no, no. They that endure to the end shall be saved (Matt 24:13: But he that shall endure unto the end, the same shall be saved.
God is our Helper who will guide us to the end. God is faithful and perfectly GOOD.

I was tormented gravely by the thought that I could lose my salvation.

I was raised as a Christian to believe in Eternal Security, once saved, always saved, but I was also raised to read the Word of God, the Bible. After I had read and read and read, I began to have doubts. On top of that the wonderful manifest presence of the Lord vanished completely. I got so angry with God that I threw the Bible against the wall in great anger and left it there on the floor for very long days.

I had a fear of God, but my belief in Jesus slipped badly. I was not sure about Jesus. I was in the Dark Night of the Soul and felt that God had abandoned me. I was miserable for decades.

I came to a point in my life when I wanted to die. So I looked at my options and death seemed to be the only option. But a thought came to me, God. The Holy Spirit had not vanished. He threw out a life line to me. I grabbed it and immediately, though I was still in my dying body, I suddenly had a manifest presence of my heavenly Father. He loved me in spite of me. In fact the thing I remember is His great, great love. After a week of this marvelous experience, the Father asked me point blank: "What about Jesus?" I said, "OK, I believe in Jesus Christ."  Now I wanted to finish dying and to be with my heavenly Father, but God said NO. I woke up to life on earth, and my body recovered. I even picked up my Bible that I had thrown so violently against the wall and began to read it again.

Along the way I put a serious question to the Lord. "Can I lose my salvation?"
I actually shouted this to the Lord. I said, "In places it seems You teach security, but in other places in the Bible You teach some really scary stuff."  In my frustration and torment of soul, I did not care who heard me. I had shouted this with all my might. All my anger, my frustration, and torment came pouring out in that prayer, so that I sat there tired out, but relaxed. Suddenly the Lord gave me two scriptures from the Bible. Bam, bam, just like that.

"For the Lord will not cast off his people,
neither will he forsake his inheritance.

and

 For if we would judge ourselves, we should not be judged.
But when we are judged, we are chastened of the Lord, that we should not be condemned with the world."

Those two scriptures settled my heart. Truth from God will do that. 

Since then God  has given me understanding to allow Him to sanctify me in a long painful process, without rebelling. God's grace. God never took me out of the Dark Night of the Soul, but He sent His light. Actually He was there all along, but I could not perceive it. What God actually did was to transfer my faith from my soul to my spirit. God at work.

The Judgment of God to those who feel safe in Jesus may be a day of terror if the sentence is Hell.

We must not believe that Grace covers our own unforgiving attitudes toward others. If God so loved and forgave us our sins, He wants us to forgive our enemies. That could be a wife, a friend or someone we don't suspect of being that important to our eternal destiny.

The Lord is very blatant about this. He won't forgive us our sins if we won't forgive those who trespass against us.

The Lord says that if we walk in the Spirit we will not fulfill the desires of the flesh. Things like REVENGE, HATE, HIT BACK, TALK AGAINST are not of the Spirit.

I have been guilty of excusing myself about telling others how horrible a certain person truly is because they sinned against me grievously. We feel justified in spreading poison about a person because it is true, and after all, we are not lying about it.  We must repent from this; have God change our hearts.

We must dismiss our feelings and pray for the one who trespasses against us, even slugging through those negative feelings and keep praying. As we do this we will begin to see how God looks at the same situation differently, and our hearts will change.  We will not ever want to be unforgiving again.

So be ready, when persecution comes, we must forgive. We need to develop a heart habit of forgiveness forever.

Let's be honest: Did not God pour amazing mercy on my sorry butt, and does Got command we love  our enemies?

Let us learn to walk in forgiveness. The only way we can do that is by walking in the Spirit, or in other words, Abide in Christ daily. We need to daily walk with Him in His Word. It is a rich relationship that God wants for all of us. As many times as we get tripped up, each new day brings us another day to make things right, and learn to walk with God. So let us examine ourselves and confess our fleshly attitudes, stay in God's Word, and walk with a changed heart.

Only the remnant of Israel, and of the Gentiles, will be saved.

Those who are not part of God's remnant have hearts that don't want to be saved. God's holy remnant are His holy Elect. In the final analysis, the ungodly will be saved when they admit their ungodliness and come to Jesus Christ to be made new creatures in Him. They trust, believe, adhere to Jesus Christ taking His yoke upon them, and follow Him on the narrow path by His grace, and the supply of the indwelling Holy Spirit.

There are many who say, I am saved, but they walk the wide path to destruction. These are harder to reach and are like the Pharisees who thought they were saved too. You have to get them unsaved in order to get them truly saved. Only the gentle Spirit of the Lord can do this, but the sinner must be willing to humble himself before the Lord.

Niceness is of the world and of the flesh, and is superficial, even if it is made apparently habitual. It will fade in trial and tribulation that is coming to the world. You must be born again to have a heart changed. Nice people who rebel against God in their hearts will lose their niceness when tribulation comes.

WE NEED TO BE VERY SURE WE ARE TRULY IN THE FAITH BEFORE WE DIE.

The most dreadful thing to hear Jesus say is DEPART FROM ME; I NEVER KNEW YOU.
At that point it is too late.

He died for all that those who live should not live for themselves, but for Him who died for them and rose again. 

God is God and He alone is God. What He says goes, not what man says.

Almighty God is amazingly longsuffering, understanding, loving, merciful, forgiving, but wrathful toward sinners. Those He forgave and had mercy on get to be with Him by His amazing Grace. Those who hate God will not see His grace nor want it, to their own hurt.  Hell  was created by God and it is very, very, very [you don't want to ever go their] awful. Forever terrible. The fire is never extinguished and the maggots never die. It is forever and ever. And never ceases. Don't ever tell God that since He is a loving God He cannot throw you into Hell. God is love and God so loved the World that He gave His only Beloved Son that whosoever believeth in Him should not perish but have everlasting life.

Oh that foolish, arrogant man would repent and come to Jesus Christ and be saved from the Lake of fire burning forever with brimstone with maggots. Hell is so terrible that you would do anything to escape. God only asks you to turn away from sin and come to Him through Jesus Christ our Lord. Only be submitting to Jesus can we overcome sin. It is God who works in us both to will and to do of His good pleasure. We must walk the narrow sanctifying path with Jesus to the very end until it is time to go home. They that endure to the end shall be saved by God's grace.

Great Shock is on its way

A Great Shock is coming to the free world. It will be the shock of all shocks. It will deceive too many; It will be disguised as a delightful present -- to steer us into the arms of the All Knowing, All Powerful Anti-Christ. It will not seem like the wide path to destruction, because the wide path will be decorated to look like the Right Holy way, but is a lie. Only God can stop the path to Hell.

How do you know if this very warning is not God's grace trying to stop you. 

The very news on television will be a tool of the wicked one.  Just remember that world news is always slanted toward ultimate worship of anti-christ. So take their offerings with a grain of salt.

Do you see the trend in the world to UFO's, to ascended masters, to supernatural lies. The deception will be really huge and will take us by complete surprise. It will even rock the Elect. So let's hang onto Jesus as He hangs on to us. It is going to get rough, but lean not on our own understanding but in all our ways acknowledge Him. Amen.

The Problem with Churches; Pastors not yielded to their Lord

If we are not yielded  to the LORD Jesus, then we are not walking the Narrow Path; we are walking the wide path to destruction.

The result is Idolatry and Sexual Immorality in the church, unconfessed, and not turned away from.

We cling to temporal things instead of the Lord.  Pastors teach that grace is for abusing, and we excuse sin

Do you know that the wages of sin is eternal death? That is why the Word of God warns us to turn away from this sin and submit to the Lord Jesus Christ.

We don't want to turn from our sin. We are happy to continue in our sin and go to church to hear about (lawless) grace.

When Israel was in the same condition, God sent prophets to them telling them to repent and return to the Lord.

In Chapters 2 and 3 of Revelation, the command for the Church to  Repent is stated 7 times.

Rev 2:21 -- And I gave her space to repent of her fornication; and she repented not.

The Church has become Idolatrous and Immoral just like Israel was. God was displeased then, and He is displeased now.

Rom 11:21 -- For if God did not spare the natural branches, He may not spare you either.

We should fear God and humbly bow before Him and confess all this wickedness we have committed. Please don't harden your hearts, but repent instead.

Only faithful Israel will be saved, and likewise the Church. Those who die and did not repent, are in Hell: Israel as well as "Christians". Not one shred of scripture says, ONCE SAVED; ALWAYS SAVED.  Instead the scripture says that we have eternal life IN Jesus Christ our Lord. He must be Lord of our lives so that we can overcome sin in our lives. If He is not Lord of our lives, we cannot overcome sin. The wages of sin is death for the so-called Christian as well as the world. The grace of God is freely given,  but His grace is to save us and to sanctify us.

In another place in God's word, it says we are barely saved. 1 Pet 4:18
¹⁸ And if the righteous scarcely be saved... 

Thus it is  proper for us to fear the Lord. To the humble He grants grace to overcome  drugs, pornography, immorality and all such wickedness. And then His grace continues to work on our personality.

Now just using myself as an example of the Lord's mercy, SIN  had a hold of me even as a Christian. I could not overcome. I tried many, many times and cried out to the Lord. Failure, failure, failure until one day the Spirit suggested I yield my life totally to Jesus. He gave me grace to submit, and I still am submitting daily. Submitting to the Lord is safe. He does not subjugate you. There is in fact more freedom in the Spirit.

Deception of a magnitude that has never been seen before

It will roll in fairly quickly. First wars will destroy our standard of living. Food will be scarce. Violence and thieving will be normal. Our faith in God must be rock solid and we must endure to the end.

That is just the beginning of sorrows. What is coming afterwards is the Granddaddy of all Deceptions. 

This Granddaddy of all Deceptions will support the agenda of the Anti-Christ. As in the days before the flood, so it will happen again. The Nephilim will return. The Government will announce that aliens from outer space have arrived here on earth, and we need to stick together.

These so-called Aliens are demons acting as aliens from outer space. It will be overwhelmingly convincing. They will speak as if they come from a more mature culture, and their planet will be, of course, far more advanced than ours. These are Satanic Demons. Of course, like a sensible world citizen you will accept the mark of the Beast. It is the only way to live in this new world order.

Now I am not sure about the exact boundaries of this deception, but it will be on a level never seen before. This should worry even born again believers. Cling to the Lord. This is more than we can handle.

Keep in mind who the Deception is really made for: It is make for US, who truly believe in Jesus. The masses will easily fall for this, so its brunt will be against followers of Jesus. So our environment will be totally changed suddenly -- aggressively against Jesus Christ.

We have seen this before. When the environment was supportive, Peter would not even think of denying the Lord. No way. But the environment changed and Peter denied the Lord three times. He denied Him thoroughly. What saved him was that Jesus had prayed that his faith would not fail.

There will be a great falling away. Jesus is our intercessor. He hangs onto us. So hang on saints.

Hell

People will say they don't believe in Hell. They say it is not even in the Bible. Well the word HELL is not in the Hebrew, Aramaic, or the Greek but its deadly and fearful equivalence is in the Bible. Look for unquenchable fire, the maggot that never dies, Sheol (Hebrew), Hades (Greek), Gehenna.

You would think a person that insists on going by the original languages would be convinced upon finding Sheol, Hades, Tartarus & Gehenna in the Bible. Intellectual honesty is a different matter altogether. If a person refuses the truth that he is a sinner, and destined for Hell, he will look at any excuse not to believe the Word of God. .

James 3:6
 And the tongue is a flame of fire. It is a whole world of wickedness, corrupting your entire body. It can set your whole life on fire, for it is set on fire by hell itself.[Gehenna] 

Rev. 20:10
And the devil that deceived them was cast into the lake of fire and brimstone, where the beast and the false prophet are, and shall be tormented day and night for ever and ever.

  ⁹ Then a third angel followed them, saying with a loud voice, “If anyone worships the beast and his image, and receives his mark on his forehead or on his hand, ¹⁰ he himself shall also drink of the wine of the wrath of God, which is poured out full strength into the cup of His indignation. He shall be tormented with fire and brimstone in the presence of the holy angels and in the presence of the Lamb. ¹¹ And the smoke of their torment ascends forever and ever; and they have no rest day or night, who worship the beast and his image, and whoever receives the mark of his name.”

There is no mercy; there is no grace for the one who accepts the Mark of the Beast, no matter who says differently. I believe God's holy Word, not the aberrant word of a mere man who is carried along by the Devil himself whose purpose is to deceive us.  So let the Word of Christ dwell in us richly. Amen.

Jesus had 4 brothers and at least 3 sisters

Some mistakenly say Jesus had only 2 sisters, but there were 3 or more sisters. Matt. 13:56 - And His sisters, are they not all with us?
If there were only two sisters it would read, are they not both with us?  Are they not all with us means  3 or more.
