Read the entire chapter of John 15 and take it to heart. Loyalty to God in meekness, daily depending on God is all over the Bible. In the day of Judgment many will say. Lord, Lord we did this and we did that in your Name, and He will say, Depart from Me; I never knew you.
That has to be the most terrifying thing we can ever hear in judgment. Before we die, and get there, we need to Repent and take up His yoke and walk with Him obediently by the grace of God and the sanctifying work of the Holy Spirit.
Matt. 7:21-23.“Not everyone who says to me, ‘Lord, Lord,’ will enter the kingdom of heaven, but the one who does the will of my Father who is in heaven. 22 On that day many will say to me, ‘Lord, Lord, did we not prophesy in your name, and cast out demons in your name, and do many mighty works in your name?’ 23 And then will I declare to them, ‘I never knew you; depart from me, you workers of lawlessness.
